    Patrick Gaitho is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public and a Senior Associate at Mugane & Company Advocates, where he heads the firm’s Litigation practice.<\/p>

    He holds an LL.B from Moi University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 2020. He joined Mugane & Company Advocates in March 2022.<\/p>

    His practice is centred on litigation and dispute resolution, with experience in contract disputes, land disputes, employment and labour relations, family law and a broad range of civil and commercial matters.<\/p>

    Beyond courtroom litigation, Patrick is an arbitration practitioner and brings an alternative dispute-resolution perspective to complex commercial disagreements.<\/p>

    A notable achievement in his practice is his successful securing of a KES 329 million arbitral award on behalf of a client.<\/p>
