Patrick Gaitho
Patrick Gaitho is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public and a Senior Associate at Mugane & Company Advocates, where he heads the firm’s Litigation practice.
He holds an LL.B from Moi University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 2020. He joined Mugane & Company Advocates in March 2022.
His practice is centred on litigation and dispute resolution, with experience in contract disputes, land disputes, employment and labour relations, family law and a broad range of civil and commercial matters.
Beyond courtroom litigation, Patrick is an arbitration practitioner and brings an alternative dispute-resolution perspective to complex commercial disagreements.
