Michelle Rodrot
Michelle is an Associate at Mugane & Company Advocates.
She holds an LL.B from Strathmore University and completed the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law.
Her practice is centred on conveyancing, property law and commercial legal drafting. She handles transactional and advisory work involving sectional title conversions, sale agreements, charge instruments, Land Registry correspondence and commercial leasing.
Her work also extends to corporate and company law matters and the review of commercial contracts.
Michelle has a longstanding interest in intellectual property law, with experience in trademark portfolio management across African intellectual property registries including KIPI, ARIPO and the WIPO Madrid System.
She has also undertaken legal research on the intersection of artificial intelligence and data protection.
